Integrated Design & Delivery
For owners requiring a turn-key solution we can provide an integrated design & delivery approach for owners:
- Design (headed by Design Manager, Mike Watson who has 25 years’ experience in hotel design)
- Fabrication
- Fitout/Installation
FFE & Joinery
- Bespoke – We work with owners, operators, architects, and designers to develop bespoke FFE & Joinery based on a brief or design intent.
- Specified – We can supply FFE from our enviable list of European and Asian suppliers
Mock up and Prototype Rooms
- We can manage & construct hotel mock up rooms or fully operational prototype rooms to review the aesthetics and functionality of the design. These rooms also establish the benchmark quality for the project rollout.
FFE & OSE Procurement
Our experienced in-house FFE Procurement Management team can manage the coordination and procurement of all FFE & OSE for the project including:
- Prototyping, quality management, sourcing, tendering, shipment, warehousing and installation
