<p>The project involved the refurbishment of an existing office building to transform it into a 40 room hotel fitout with retail spaces, restaurant and a roof top bar.</p>
<p>The hotel features an artistic theme with each of the five hotel floors assigned to a local Christchurch artist to decorate. The art concept is hoped to attract millennial travellers and corporate travellers.</p>
<p>The aim of this project was to ensure the design of each space compliments the Art Deco design concept and the era of the re-purposed building that has been given a fresh life in this exciting development.</p>
