The earlier we are involved, the more input we can provide ensuring you achieve your desired outcomes. Our Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) approach guarantees time, cost and quality outcomes – and ensures you retain control of your budget and project outcomes at all times.
Construction, Fitout & Refurbishment
Whether we are engaged in a project role as managing contractor, construction management, design & construct or lump sum delivery we are responsible for a successful project delivery. We work with our clients on their preferred delivery model to suit their risk profile so that our clients can achieve the best possible outcome to their project.
We work with our clients and contractors to strategically develop an achievable master program and coordinating the design process to deliver a value managed solution. We will tender, procure and manage the subcontractors and suppliers to successfully deliver the project.
From simple refreshes to complete refurbishments, our combined design, technical and project management expertise will deliver a complete solution with minimum disruption to the daily operations of our clients.
